Exploring Your Health does not accept insurance and operates as a direct-pay practice. All fees are the responsibility of the patient and are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and offer financing options through third-party providers such as Cherry Financing. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account.
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to the full appointment cost. Program fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, though we will work with you to find a fair resolution if circumstances require program discontinuation.
By participating in telehealth appointments, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for ensuring your technology meets the minimum requirements for telehealth appointments. Technical difficulties on your end do not constitute grounds for refund or fee waiver.
Laboratory testing is ordered at the provider's discretion based on clinical need. Lab fees are separate from program or appointment fees and are billed directly by the testing facility or through Exploring Your Health.
Lab results will be reviewed by your provider and discussed during scheduled appointments. We are not responsible for delays in lab processing by third-party laboratories.
Medications and peptides are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and after thorough evaluation. You are responsible for understanding the risks, benefits, and alternatives to any prescribed treatments.
Medications and supplements are billed separately from program fees. Clients receive discounts on medications and supplements through our partnered pharmacies and dispensaries, but prices may vary based on availability and supply.
You are responsible for taking medications as prescribed, reporting side effects or concerns promptly, and following up for necessary monitoring.
Exploring Your Health is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with all HIPAA regulations. Your protected health information will not be shared without your written consent except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
